Pupils will be tested on the spellings listed above on the upcoming Friday, your teacher will select a random 10 out of these so please ensure your child is confident with all of the spellings as opposed to just a select few. To help aid this, pupils should be tested regularly at home and learn the spellings through the look, say, cover, write, check method or by exploring the spelling patterns and using rhymes, shapes or images to help remind them of their spelling.

Notice Board

Termly homework and weekly Spellings can always be found on the class page, feel free to download the file and print off a spare copy. Homework can also be completed on Seesaw (just remember to record where work has been completed online in your homework books!)

Remember to bring your reading diaries in everyday. Diaries are collected, marked and logged every Friday. Pupils who have read at least 3 times a week and recorded this in diaries (ideally with a parent/guardian's signature) will be awarded with a Golden Ticket. Our current target is to make sure everyone's diary is handed in for Friday!

Our PE days are still on Monday and Wednesday. Please remember to dress sensibly as our PE will be outside.

Our main reading book changing day is Wednesday. Please remember to prioritise changing your reading book on this day whenever possible.

Happy birthday this month to:

Arthur

Our current class goals from Mr G are:

1. Entering and leaving the classroom sensibly

2. Keeping low-level noise during working time to a minimum to make sure we complete everything

3. Showing a positive and respectful attitude towards our learning!
