LUNCH CODES
Unfortunately there has been a delay with the lunch codes. These will now be distributed on MONDAY 16th SEPTEMBER in a letter format so please make sure you check your child's bookbag.
You will have until TUESDAY 17th SEPTEMBER to order the school lunches.
ALL children have a lunch pre-ordered for next week.
Home Visits
Please remember home visits begin this week. If you are unsure of the time you have requested for your visit, please contact the school and they will be able to tell you. The visits are an opportunity to say hello and remind you and your child who we are. We will ask some questions regarding your child likes and dislikes, allergies etc. This will also be a time for you to ask us any questions you may have regarding lunches, free milk, uniform etc.

School Lunches
Your child is entitled to a free hot lunch from the first day they start school.
A main hot lunch has been ordered for all children from the 12th September until the 20th September from our hot lunch provider - Chartwells.
Once your child begins school (see start dates below) you will be given a code and menu for you and your child to choose what they would like for their school lunch. This will need to be ordered by 2pm Tuesday 17th September for your selection to start Monday 23rd September. If your child has a food allergy, you will need to speak to Chartwells directly via email hayley.love@compass-group.co.uk to request a special dietary requirement form and menu. Chartwells helpline number is 01908 615705.
You will need to wait for your code to order online and this cannot be produced until your child begins school.
Any questions, please ask at your home visit.
Free Milk
All children are entitled to free school milk until they are 5 years old. If you would like your child to have free school milk, you will need to order this directly to Coolmilk (https://www.coolmilk.com/parents/).
Parent Mail
Once your child begins school, you will be sent an email notification from parent mail to sign up. If you have not provided the school with an email address, please can you do so as soon as possible to be able to receive school notifications and bookings .
If you already have a child in the school and you receive parent mail, you will need to add your new child.

Dates For Your DiaryStart Dates -
Summer - Children with birthdays between 1st April 2015 and 31st August 2015 should attend 8.45 - 1pm (doors open from 8.30am) on Thursday 12th September.
Spring - Children with birthdays between 1st Jan 2015 and 31st March 2015 should attend 8.45 - 1pm (doors open from 8.30am) on Friday 13th September.
Autumn - Children with birthdays between 1st Sept 2014 and 31st Dec 2014 should attend 8.45 - 1pm (doors open from 8.30am) on Friday 13th September.
All the children will be full time 8.45 - 3pm (doors open from 8.30am) on Monday 16th September 2019.
A hot dinner will be available to all children on these sessions.
