A 'soup'-er fun trip to remember!
On November 4th our Year 5 Pupils enjoyed an exceptionally entertaining visit to Milton Keynes Theatre District to watch a production of David Walliam's Gangsta Granny (which is smashing book, might I add).
Last year, many of the children gained their first exposure to the comedic writing talents of David Walliams so we hope this outing was an eye-opening experience for the children and that it may give them a love of the performing arts for years to come (we hope that we may even see some of you on stage in the future!)
If you couldn't get enough of the silly shenanigans of Ben and his Gansterrific Grandmother, his Strictly-loving parents or the fantastic and flamboyant antics of Flavio, we highly recommend checking out another of Walliam's books from the school library (or, alternatively, listening to an audio-book). They truly are some of the funniest and heart-warming reads you can find!
(Psst, if you're curious - Billionaire Boy is down to hit the stage in July 2022 so keep an eye out if you can't get enough of stage gazing!)
